Delete your account

VBW signs you in with your NiraMind account. Deleting it deletes your account for every NiraMind app, together with your VBW data. It can't be undone.

In the VBW app for iOS or Android

Open VBW and sign in.
Tap your photo or name at the top right.
Tap Delete account…, enter your password and tap Delete my account.

On the website

Sign in at vbw.niramind.com.
Select your photo or name at the top right.
Select Delete account…, enter your password and select Delete my account.

Can't sign in?

Email support@niramind.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm the request comes from you, then delete it the same way.

What happens

You're signed out on every device right away, and the account can no longer sign in.
That night it is deleted for good: your name, email, password, profile and photo, your résumés and other files, your job applications, and the businesses you own on your own (with their job ads, team and attendance).
Records other people still use stay without your name, credited to "A former member": messages they received, and past attendance kept by an employer. Pictures and files you sent are deleted.
We email you when the deletion is complete. Copies in logs and backups expire on their normal schedule.
